“There
are rare occasions when you first meet someone that
you are struck by a sense of awe. There is a special
energy surrounding them that draws you in, and you
wonder, “Is this one for real?” That is
what it was like when I first met Britt. She is not
only down to earth, but in tune with the earth. I
attended one of her yoga retreats as a complete newbie
to yoga. I had the most amazing experience while I
was there. I was nervous about all the different positions
and finding myself inflexible, and Britt made me completely
at ease. She demonstrated the simple poses and also
showed how to work your way into the most advanced
poses. Her integration of Ayurveda and meditation
made the retreat that much more wonderful. The food
was amazing! I work full time and run a farm business
with my husband, and taking the time for this retreat
helped us get energized for the season and figure
out how to include new elements in our daily lives."
